Looking Ahead: My Focus for the Coming Year
As I continue serving on the Converse City Council, my priorities remain rooted in the same purpose that first brought me here — bringing our community together and strengthening the bonds that make Converse home.
In the year ahead I will:
• Continue deepening my knowledge of local and state government so I can better advocate for Converse and support the dedicated staff who serve our residents every day
• Expand partnerships with our sister cities and neighboring communities to create stronger regional connections and shared opportunities
• Stay firmly focused on our key initiatives while remaining disciplined with the budget and working hand-in-hand with city staff
• Advocate daily for our employees, recognizing that a supported, valued staff is essential to excellent service for the people of Converse
• Intentionally reach out to students and senior residents, finding meaningful ways to include their voices and energy in the day-to-day work of our city
• Remain fiscally responsible, openly communicative, and readily available to every resident who needs to be heard
• Lead with presence, unity, and transparency so that trust continues to grow between City Hall and the community we serve
